  38.     IV. Installation Instructions
  39.  
  40.         1.  Start Windows 95.
  41.  
  42.         2.  Insert the diskette with the driver in the a: drive.
  43.  
  44.         3.  Select the Start button on the task bar.   Then select Settings
  45.             and Printers.
  46.  
  47.         4.  Double-click the Add Printer icon.  The Add Printers Wizard
  48.             dialog box is displayed.
  49.  
  50.         5.  Select the Next> button.
  51.  
  52.         6.  Select Local or Network printer and then select the Next> button.
  53.  
  54.         7.  Make sure the driver diskette is in the a: drive and select the
  55.             Have Disk... button.
  56.  
  57.         8.  Select the OK button.
  58.  
  59.         9.  Select the appropriate printer from the list and select the Next>
  60.             button.

  62.         10. If the driver was previously installed, the option to keep the
  63.             existing driver or Replace the existing driver will appear.
  64.             Select Replace existing driver and then select the Next> button.

  66.         11. Select the appropriate printer port (normally LPT1:) and select
  67.             the Next> button.
  68.  
  69.         12. Type a name for the printer object or use the supplied name.  If
  70.             the driver was previously installed using the supplied name, then
  71.             the new supplied name will have '(Copy #)' appended to it.  This
  72.             is to ensure that two printer objects do not have the same name.
  73.             Select whether this printer object should be the default printer
  74.             or not and select the Next> button.

  76.         13. If you would like a test page to be printed through the driver
  77.             you are installing to test if the driver was installed correctly,
  78.             select Yes or No and then select the Finish button.
  79.  
  80.         14. If you had previously installed the printer driver you may now
  81.             wish to delete the new printer object.  The newly installed
  82.             driver files replace the existing driver files and therefore the
  83.             old printer object was also updated.  To delete the new printer
  84.             object, click on the object with the right mouse button and select
  85.             Delete.

  87.         15. To open the printer object, Double-click the object then select
  88.             Printer and Properties.
